A Spot of Silver
A hamlet of 155 shepherds and stonecutters, Easthill lies against the Briar Hills. Stone quarried from Easthill was used to build both the crossing at Albridge and the bulk of Castle Harken. A border town of Harkenwold, Easthill is due east of Albridge, northeast of Dardun and Harken, and reliant on grain from Marl to supplement the lamb-heavy diet of the village.
Sarken Toldorff, a human trader who oversees the textile-and-grain exchange in the town, is the village elder. Another respected member of the town, Adalbar the Hunter, often intercedes on behalf of the interests of the shepherds and ensures that Toldorff gives them a good price for their goods.
